This Privacy Policy explains what information DIY Wall Art (uniaodigital.com, “the site”, “we”) collects when you visit, how it is used and the choices you have. The site is an informational website about making wall decor at home. You can read every guide without creating an account or giving us any personal information.
Information you give us
Contact form. When you send a message through the Contact page, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you enter. The message is delivered by email to the site’s inbox and is used only to read and respond to it. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the form.
The form itself does not save your message in the website’s database. Two short-lived technical records are kept on the server:
- If a submission is rejected (for example, because a required field is empty), what you typed is held for up to 10 minutes so the form can be shown to you again already filled in. It is deleted as soon as the form is displayed.
- To limit automated abuse, the server keeps a count of recent submissions and failed attempts for up to one hour. The count is stored against a scrambled (hashed) form of the IP address, not the address itself.
The site does not offer user accounts, newsletters or a comment section, and it does not sell products.
Information collected automatically
Server logs. Like most websites, the server that hosts the site may record technical information for each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. This information is used to keep the site secure and working, and to diagnose technical problems.

How we use information
- To reply to messages sent through the contact form.
- To operate, protect and maintain the site.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful so the guides can be improved.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
Advertising and analytics
The site may display advertising and may use an analytics service to count visits. These services, when they are in use, are provided by third parties. Those third parties may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads, including ads based on your earlier visits to this and other websites, or to produce visit statistics. Information they collect in this way is handled under their own privacy policies.

Links to other websites
Some guides link to external reference pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
How long we keep information
Messages received through the contact form are kept in the site’s inbox only for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. The short-lived form records described above expire within 10 minutes and one hour. Server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted or anonymized according to the hosting provider’s retention settings.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, contact us through the Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children’s privacy
The site publishes craft guides that families may use together, but it is intended to be used by adults or under adult supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the contact form, please let us know and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
